  • What thoughts or emotions kept showing up today? How did these thoughts make me feel about myself and my potential? Did I hold myself back or step into my power?

Examine Your Language & Self-Talk

  • How did I talk to myself when things got tough? What negative phrases or words did I use that reveal limiting beliefs? Am I cheering myself on, or am I my own biggest critic?


Challenge Your Beliefs

  • Is this belief even true? Does it serve me? If not, it's time to challenge it. What’s a more empowering belief I can adopt instead?


Once a Week, Answer These Questions:

Observe Your Actions & Results

  • What patterns did I notice this week where I held myself back or missed opportunities? How can I shift my behavior to align with a stronger, more empowered version of myself?

Reflect on Past Experiences

  • When did my past—whether childhood, relationships, or career—drive my actions or beliefs in a negative direction? How can I become more aware of these patterns so I don't let them dictate my future?
